We manufacture and refurbish molds for the production of vibro-pressed products such as fittings, curbs, palisades, lost formwork or road panels. We have extensive experience with CPM machines from companies Columbia and Besser.

Our molds have a bolted construction, thanks to which we prevent the risk of cracking of the welds. This design also allows for easy repair in case of damage and simplifies renovation.

We use Nord-lock anti-vibration pads preventing screws from loosening due to strong vibrations, and we glue the most stressed screws. We use a special valve design for the mold cavities to reduce the vacuum when the product is ejected from the mold. This allows us to use cavities without a bevel in some cases.

Of course, heat treatment of all parts subjected to abrasion is also a matter of course, which create the exact shape of the product. We cement and subsequently harden these inner parts of the mold, thereby increasing their service life and the number of production cycles.
