We are a team of leading Czech experts focusing on the designing and production of moulds for concrete block and pipes. We manufacture and refurbish moulds for various concrete products such as concrete blocks, pipes, manholes and sewage systems. Thanks to innovative manufacturing processes and precise construction, our moulds last much longer than the outdated technologies of our competitors.
The result of our cooperation with leading Czech and foreign manufacturers of concrete blocks, paving stones and sewage systems are hundreds of moulds made and new technologies that allow them to reduce costs and extend the production cycle.
In addition to the design and production of moulds, we also deal with their renovations and repairs, reverse engineering, but also the development of new products both on the side of products and moulds.
We have developed a number of patented systems for residential retaining wall construction for our clients, and licenses for the products we have developed are sold worldwide, including in the US. We also constantly work on improving the demoulding processes in the production and the subsequent easier handling of already manufactured products.
